Assoc Accessibility Relationship Manager-D – Southeast Region

**This position is can be located in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina or South Carolina**

Performs account maintenance responsibilities in a non-quota-bearing environment. Responsible for Pre/Post sales support for assigned large accounts according to department strategy. Account set-up and on-going contract management to include registration and maintenance of accounts and subsidiaries, account structure definition. Monitors and resolves order status. Conducts and project manages product/solution demonstrations, conducts quarterly account presentations for customer and identifies sell up opportunities and position value assessed services. Distributes and maintains implementation documents. Initiates and conducts first bill review with customer. Provides training as needed to sales teams and clients. Provides monthly account reports which identifies opportunities for additional sales. Prepares information for monthly and quarterly meetings with customer.

What you’ll do in your role.

As an advocate for people with hearing loss, the Customer Relationship Manager will promote captioned telephone services by building and maintaining relationships with hearing health providers, senior citizen organizations, the veteran community and active aging communities. The Customer Relationship Manager will communicate the value of the service to qualified users. This will involve generating, qualifying, and following up with leads via live demonstrations, group presentations, one-on-one overviews, and/or written communication. The Customer Relationship Manager will represent T-Mobile Accessibility in their local region and as a part of a national sales team. The Customer Relationship Manager must be detail-oriented, and comfortable with maintaining appropriate customer records using Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, and other tools provided by T-Mobile

The experience you’ll bring.

  • Must have a valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record and proof of insurance
  • Bachelor’s degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school
  • Two years account maintenance or sales experience
  • Two years project management experience
  • Experience working in the hearing health field
  • Experience working with senior citizens
  • Experience working with the military and/or veteran community
  • Proven track record being successful in the sales role
  • Proven oral and written presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills – Internal & External
  • Flexibility, confidence and a team-minded attitude
  • Ability to travel, stand for long periods of time, and lift items up to 25 pounds

Managers (at least mine) actually listened to and advocated for their employees. Great pay. Nice perks. Good culture — people didn’t seem miserable.


As with any big company, can take a while for things to get done. Lots of layers, etc. But definitely moves faster than other big companies I’ve worked for.

Advice to Management

Don’t advance those mid- to senior mgrs who just go through the motions. Do more to keep smart, talented people on board.
