Accessibility Relationship Manager, Open to National Locations

Location: There is flexibility in where this position can be based within the US

Performs account maintenance responsibilities in a non-quota-bearing environment. Responsible for Pre/Post sales support for large, multiple and complex accounts according to customer portfolio. Provides training as needed to sales teams and clients. Provides monthly account reports which identifies opportunities for additional sales.

What you’ll do in your role.

  • Develops and implements annual outreach plans, campaigns, and tactical plans supporting the accessibility product or service. Provide hands-on demonstrations, presentations, and exhibits. Manages outreach budget directly or through contractors.
  • Account set-up and maintenance to include registration and maintenance of accounts and subsidiaries, account structure definition.
  • Provide first level support for all customer issues (reporting, billing, service, etc.)
  • Subject Matter Expert on the product and providing training internally/externally.
  • Address all escalated end-user contacts (inquiries and complaints).
  • Train and mentor other staff, as assigned.

The experience you’ll bring.

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 4-7 years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school required.
  • 4-7 years Account maintenance or sales experience required.
  • 4-7 years Program management experience required.
  • Advanced to Native Fluency in American Sign Language preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, Blind/Low Vision, Senior, Veteran, and the speech-disabled communities (as appropriate for the position) required
  • IAAP Certifications: CPACC, WAS, ADS or CPABE preferred

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
