What you'll do in your role.

Consult with market leadership to drive sales and service culture within market via coaching to TPR Market Managers, Store Managers and Mobile Experts
  • Consult to deliver the Un-carrier “Brand Promise” through behavioral coaching of the Interaction Model
  • Consulting, fostering and supporting the development of retail acumen within Dealer field organization
  • Ensure field planning and execution of T-Mobile/Dealer short term strategic initiatives
  • Market and store level analysis to identify SWOT
  • Influence local Dealer leadership on operational efficiencies to maximize inventory management, reduce cash risks, ensure compliance to merchandising and TPR Operating Standards
  • Conduct comprehensive store visits to review results, compliance, and development. Provide feedback (internal and external) market leadership to improve performance and customer experience
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
  • Reinforcement of T-Mobile Training standards & programs such as Ready! Training completions, RSM engagement in ME certification

The experience you'll bring.

Bachelors Degree-Business or related field and/or equivalent work experience(3 year minimum)
  • 2-4 years of experience in significant sales and operations experience in a sales organization with a top company and strong culture.
