This role offers analytically-minded candidates the opportunity to be a part of one of T-Mobile’s fastest-growing divisions: T-Mobile for Business. As Manager of Frontline Sales Reporting, you will lead a team of reporting & database analysts and drive business intelligence for the entire sales organization. You will be responsible for providing frontline reps and leaders insight into the performance of their teams by developing and maintaining a variety of reports & data visualizations. This role reports to the Director of Insights & Analytics.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong business acumen and an obsession for customer experience. You should be able to collaborate with team members and sales leaders to collect requirements and deliver reports and visualization to suit the need. You will need to understand, analyze, and process data from diverse systems and transform them into information and business insights. Primary tools employed for delivering the data will be Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel, with Tableau and Einstein also available.

What you'll do in your role.

  • Lead a high-performing team of reporting and database analysts
  • Interact with sales leaders and other stakeholders to identify and understand reporting needs
  • Develop and maintain business performance reports for field rep & management use across multiple platforms including PowerBI, Salesforce Lightning, and Einstein.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with partner teams in a collaborative team environment

The experience you'll bring.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, including managing a team
  • Expertise in reporting and data visualization development in Power BI. Experience developing Power BI reports using Azure Analysis Services preferred.
  • Significant experience with Excel, Transact-SQL, and Azure SQL Data Warehouse. Additional experience with Teradata and Oracle a plus.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce.com, especially Salesforce APIs. Salesforce Einstein experience a plus.
  • Strong business acumen with broad exposure to multiple functional areas, especially in sales & commissioning, marketing, and billing
  • Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating with various functional teams
  • Talent for multi-tasking, prioritizing objectives, and meeting deadlines
