The Senior Business Analysis Manager, B2B Network Synergies Office plans and executes analyses that informs leaders and cross-functional partners with the insights needed to inform key decisions regarding network and biller integration synergies. This is a high-profile role which plays a big part in keeping our T-Mobile for Business migration efforts aligned with company objectives, while also providing data to maximize efficiencies via process improvements. It requires a self-starter who is obsessed with continuously improving business performance through analytics and insight generation. A successful candidate will know how to tie it all together – finding and building/leveraging data sets, analyzing/presenting the data with applied business acumen, and executive presentation/storytelling. This person is also skilled in leveraging reciprocal relationships with cross-functional partners to influence leadership and guide the strategic focus of TFB network synergies realization.

What you'll do in your role.

Essential Functions
  • Perform continuous sales analysis, understanding key drivers/metrics of performance, to form a POV on business performance that will aid in leadership decision making and evaluation of TFB migration.
  • Run models including scenario and sensitivity analyses across a range of options and execute post-mortem analyses to determine effectiveness of strategic decisions.
  • Comfortably work with and analyze large sets of data. Source, scrub, mine, dissect, aggregate, and analyze/model data as needed to arrive at and drive key insights.
  • Readily and effectively communicate methodologies, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership. Create executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner. Possess the ability to influence leadership through fact-based analysis.
  • Partner with upstream data suppliers and analytics partners throughout the enterprise to game plan and continuously increase efficiency in data/analytics delivery.
  • Partner with Finance, Commercial, and Marketing teams to evaluate objectives tied to strategic initiatives.

The experience you'll bring.

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in financial and/or operational analysis.
  • Proven experience with report creation, data analysis/visualization and business case development.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Self-starter and results-oriented with a desire for driving continuous improvement.
    Desired
  • Proficient in writing SQL queries.
  • Proficient with aggregating results of data mining in various data sources, ensuring business rules and methodologies are aligned.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of existing data infrastructure within CSR.
Preferred

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills. Confidence sharing ideas in front of leaders.
  • A talent for multi-tasking, prioritizing objectives, and meeting deadlines in a demanding, team-oriented environment. Ability to teach and train others.
  • Telecommunication or relevant business analysis experience preferred
  • Advanced statistics skills

Education
  • Bachelors’ Degree in a quantitative concentration is preferred. Master’s degree is desired. Additional work experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
