The Resource Planning Manager is responsible for the local Resource Planning team/department, which consists of Resource Planning Analyst and Specialist.

Essential Functions
  • Ensure real time management of service levels
  • Forecast both short and long-term call volumes and staffing needs in order to maintain staffing levels with qualified personnel
  • Create work schedules, analyze call volumes and patterns
  • Report performance for site, team, and individuals
  • Manage RP staff, career development, manage RP department

  • 6-8 years workforce management experience
  • 1-3 years management experience
