The Credit Manager will be called upon to work in a dynamic organization, working closely
with stakeholders, leveraging information from many different sources to manage an assigned
portfolio, make sound credit decisions, resolve credit related issues, performs data and
channel analytics, help drive channel value and improve channel health.
The Credit Manager must be familiar with working in an environment in which key controls
(potential SOX implications), precedent setting, and situations in which there is potential for
anti-trust are identified and avoided.

What you'll do in your role.

-Credit and financial analysis, extension of credit, changes to levels of credit, and strategy
pertaining to sales support and risk mitigation.
-Assists in the development and standardization of written credit related policy
documents, including dealer/partner onboarding/setup, termination and the credit review
-Point of contact for issues with, and problem resolution pertaining to sales, sales
operations, legal and other stakeholders.
-Use partner/dealer data to provide key insights into the operations of our dealers,
leveraging financial, sales and operational data to maximize channel success.
-Provide advisory and consultative recommendations to partners based on data-driven
analytics and benchmarking insights.
-Support or lead efforts to operationalize new segments of business; act as project
resource (SME) for new initiatives.
-Lead, organize, contribute, and deliver in a project rich environment.

The experience you'll bring.

-Minimum of 5 years work experience in credit related and/or business analyst roles.
-Experience in Credit Management or similar Financial Management related role (ie:
Treasury, Financial Planning or Budgeting, Risk Management or Financial Reporting).
- Relevant work experience in a high-tech environment or commercial credit department of
a large national or multi-national organization.
-Proven problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills. Intermediate skills in Excel,
Access and Tableau.
-Strong communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.
-Willingness and ability to quickly shift priorities in response to changing business
-Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with limited direction.
-7+ years of work experience in credit related and/or business analyst roles.
-Experience in Credit Management or Business Analysis Manager role with strong
financial/credit background.
-Intermediate skills in SQL, Tableau and Business Objects.

As with any big company, can take a while for things to get done. Lots of layers, etc. But definitely moves faster than other big companies I've worked for.

Advice to Management

Don't advance those mid- to senior mgrs who just go through the motions. Do more to keep smart, talented people on board.
