As a member of Product & Technology, Collaboration and Productivity Apps & Automation team, the Sr. Manager, Product & Technology will be responsible for the success of all Apps & Automation Services. This individual will oversee the day to day dev/ops of our accelerated development platform (low-code/MXDP) and automation solutions (Robotic and Business Process Automation). The Sr. Manager will have direct reports that support products, development and operation of the Apps & Automation environment. The Sr. Manager and their direct reports will be responsible to partner with our business partners delivering on end user requirements that provide solid solutions that can be monitored and maintained. The team will be closely aligned with business and IT partners to deliver end user training documentation and videos to increase citizen development. The individual will communicate statistics regularly to leadership and participate in overall leadership meetings.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Strategic partnerships with business partners
  • Manage portfolio of Apps & Automation products
  • Contribute to strategy supporting all the Collaboration and Productivity products
  • Maintain knowledge of the accelerated and process automation industry
  • Maintain Opex and Capex budget
  • Manage staff to support systems for continuous delivery
  • Oversee management, managed services, and other partner resources
  • Drive the success of major initiatives
  • Deliver projects on time and while meeting business requirements
  • Drive technology adoption
  • Maintain leadership skills, technical knowledge through continuing education and training

Qualifications
Minimum Required
  • Minimum 5 years’ management experience within development or automation.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a related field.
  • Has experience mentoring other leaders or members of technical staff.
  • Has experience working with vendors and production support teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education
Minimum Required
  • Bachelor’s degree.
