The TPM will partner with internal/external stakeholders and leadership to understand the business and technology landscape of the company in a given domain and creatively deliver solutions in support of new product offerings, alleviating customer pain points and improving architecture. The TPM will own the product end-to-end, create and manage product vision, strategy and roadmap, and work with cross functional teams to deliver high quality products. The TPM will be adept in balancing technical skills and knowledge with business acumen, and demonstrate thought leadership, and strong communication skills.

What you'll do in your role.

Project Management
  • Acts as primary point of contact for intake process to DevOps technology teams.
Product Management:
  • Owns the product end to end as well as roadmap at the technology/functional level.
  • Partners with business and internal/external stakeholders to understand current customer experiences, identifies areas of opportunity, create and manage product vision and roadmap.
  • Leads product requirements elicitation, documentation and scope management.
  • Demonstrates technical analysis skills and ability to analyze product requirements end to end for solutions
  • Leads and facilitates product backlog grooming / requirements elicitation sessions.
  • Manages product backlog and priorities with business and technology partners.
  • Views the "big picture" of challenges impacting the customer experience, including the technical, functional, process, and policy considerations, and creatively defines solutions to those challenges.
  • Informs and evangelizes customer focus and customer experience to align with IT investment choices and prioritization.
  • Works with business to identify and articulate initiative scope, benefits and ROI.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to plan and manage product releases.
Relationship and People Management
  • Effectively and efficiently communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Effectively manages stakeholder relationships, representing both technology as well as business perspectives.
  • Engages in product feature prioritization and trade off discussions with business and technical audiences.
  • Contribute to creating cohesive relationships within and outside team
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

The experience you'll bring.

5 to 7 years of relevant Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, and System Analyst experience in an agile / waterfall software product development environment.
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
Understanding of both ​Agile / Waterfall methodologies and ability to deliver product requirements in both contexts.
Use of standard collaboration/communication tools , MS Office.
Facilitation, Presentation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Building relationships with and influencing stakeholders to achieve outcomes that balance and benefit domain holistically.
Ability to make effective use of own and others’ time to ensure quality completion of deliverables .
Translate business concepts into technical concepts and vice versa .
Ability to capture product requirements.
Articulating product/technical requirements using visualization & modelling techniques.
Collaboration : Partnership within and outside the team.
