Description
The EDS Privacy & Preference (P2) Product Manager, Technical (PM-T) will develop, drive and maintain privacy products, services, policy and frameworks for the Enterprise. The P2 PM-T will support defining and managing products and services to manage data throughout the data lifecycle including data acquisition, design and delivery, business usage, through to archiving and purging the data. This role works directly with Legal, Data Stewards and multiple technology, business and compliance teams to establish and manage data throughout the data management lifecycle. This role manages the end- to-end product lifecycle including design, development, delivery, user support, training, vendor management, usability, adoption and business value KPIs and measurement. Privacy capabilities supported by this role include but are not limited to Ad Technology, Consumer Rights Management, Privacy Legislation, data classification, lineage & other frameworks.

The P2 PM-T will be adept in balancing technical knowledge and business acumen, possess strong leadership, management, communication and people skills.
Essential Functions
•Executes transactions related to Consumer Rights Requests to enable the coordination and collaboration of the implemented solution.
•Perform detail analysis of transactions for completeness and accuracy.
•Coordinates and influences business partners to complete transactions and coordination.
• Help define solution features to eliminate redundancies and inefficiencies.
• Partners with business, internal/external stakeholders and leadership to understand current customer experiences, identifies areas of opportunity, create and manage large or complex product vision and roadmap.
• Leads and manage product backlog and priorities with our business, P&T teams, and leadership for delivering privacy capabilities that meet business data owner needs including Reference Data Management tool, Data Dictionary, EDS Security frameworks, and Audit, Balance and Control frameworks.

•Monitor compliance with the company's established Privacy policy, framework, and procedures and review of periodic monitoring results from business Data Stewards to identify risks.
•Support User adoption and utilization of P2 products and services and champion and conduct Privacy training to business units as needed.

•Facilitate the data risk assessment process to prioritize privacy needs and priorities and review of regulatory, audit, and validation findings to risks impacting privacy.

•Serve as leader and facilitator to the Steering and Legal teams setting meeting goals and outcomes, agendas, team priorities and key decisions as well as minutes and other documentation needs.
•Support product KPIs for Privacy reporting framework including but not limited to preparing reports on key privacy KPI’s, issues, risk, and concerns to leadership stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications Required
• 3+ years of relevant Product Management, Product Owner experience in agile software product development environment.
• Demonstrates extreme attention to detail with the ability to review work of others and their own work.
• Industry expert on current best practices of Technical Product Management and within the domain. Stays relevant through ongoing trainings, conferences, or education in one or more of the following disciplines: Privacy Capabilities, Business Intelligence, Data Quality, Data Modeling, Data Classification and Control, Management/Financial reporting
• Extensive experience building product roadmaps, envisioning and defining programs, writing detailed functional specifications, and delivering projects
•Strong background in data management and, data mining, and quantitative vs. qualitative analytics
•Required knowledge and experience in BI/Reporting with Data Warehousing and Big Data.
•Strong executive presence with extensive experience with executive-level communications, tracking project interdependencies, communicating issues & risk, and managing relationships with business team executives at Sr. Manager, Director, VP and SVP level.
•Ability to work independently and support multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
•Expert communicator who can lead and manage senior level relationships across organizational boundaries.
•Working knowledge of Agile and traditional SDLC methodologies.
•Background in applying best practices to development and operational processes.
•Solid understanding of framework development and piloting for rapid delivery of tools and processes
•Industry leaders who can be strong mentor and leaders to Enterprise Data Solutions Team
Desired
•Industry knowledge (consumer/retail/telecom) - Strongly preferred
•Experience with GDPR, Marketing and Advertising Technologies
•IAPP Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT)
Minimum Education Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Cybersecurity or other related field or equivalent experience.
